Technical Recruiter
Location: Hybrid schedule in Shakopee, MN (1–2 days onsite per week)
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Range: $30–$40/hr
Timeframe: Now through end of year, with potential contract extension or conversion in Q1 for the right fit
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter with a strong customer service mindset and account management approach. This role requires initiative, adaptability, and the ability to recruit across a broad spectrum of roles. Ideal candidates will have experience running a full desk for 2 years (preferably 3–4 years) and come from agency or multi-entity corporate recruiting backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Recruit across a high mix of roles including engineering, technical, corporate functions, and administrative positions
- Apply a process-focused and omni-channel approach to recruiting
- Engage in full-cycle recruiting tasks with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with a self-sufficient team that supports and backs each other up
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Utilize UKG Pro HRIS (preferred) and other tools to manage recruiting workflows
Qualifications
- 2 years of full-desk recruiting experience (3–4 years preferred)
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- High level of customer service and account management mindset
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing-adjacent industries
- Not a fit for light industrial or IT-only recruiting backgrounds
- Process-oriented with attention to detail
- Experience with UKG Pro HRIS is a plus
