Acumatica as our enterprise ERP and CRM platform. A consulting partner is leading the initial implementation; we're hiring the person who will take it from there. You'll be the internal owner of the platform—driving how we use it, how we support it, and how it evolves to power the business. Over time you'll build and lead a small team of ERP/CRM analysts

What You'll

• DoPartner with our implementation consultants through design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare—then take full ownership of the platfor
• m.Own day-to-day administration of Acumatica Financials, Distribution/Inventory, Construction Edition, and CRM: configuration, roles and security, workflows, generic inquiries, dashboard
• s.Lead end-user support, training, and enablement; build a "super user" network across department
• s.Own integrations between Acumatica and the systems around it (banking, EDI, payroll, BI/reporting, e-commerce, productivity tools
• ).Plan and execute version upgrades and a structured change-control proces
• s.Manage relationships, SOWs, and SLAs with our VAR and ISV partner
• s.Build and lead a small team of 1–2 ERP/CRM analysts as the platform mature
• s.Own a rolling 12–24 month roadmap and partner with business leaders to prioritize what matters mos

What We're Looking
