We are partnered with a long-time, consumable manufacturing client outside of Milwaukee that is looking for a Supply Chain leader. The company has experienced steady growth for years and expanded to multiple facilities. This person will be overseeing all facets of supply chain and be a working manager with the ability to implement changes and improvements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Sources and identifies quality suppliers capable of providing necessary materials to satisfy customer and internal requirements.
- Optimizes material costs through supplier analysis; identifies, develops, and executes cost savings initiatives in relation to material and service costs, delivery methods, and logistics and payment terms.
- Manage and direct all company-operated warehouse facilities, transportation operations, and staff.
- Direct the movement, storage, and accounting of all inventory to warehousing, logistics, and support staff.
- Continually examine existing procedures and opportunities for improving processes and labor management.
- Work with customers to evaluate their supply chain needs focusing on providing them with greater customer service.
- Develop and manage metrics that drive efficiencies in all aspects of supply chain operations.
- Participate in strategic or tactical planning, control, and distribution opportunities.
- Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking.
- Leads the inventory optimization efforts aimed at improving inventory efficiencies, reducing costs and ensuring days on hand coverage in support of manufacturing planning/scheduling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Purchasing Operations, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain.
- Experience in Consumable Manufacturing (Food, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical) highly preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience with direct reports.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
