Senior Accountant (Revenue)
Location: Tempe, AZ — Hybrid
We’re partnering with a growing financial services organization to add a Senior Accountant with a strong revenue accounting background. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, collaborating cross‑functionally, and operating in a dynamic, scaling environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support revenue recognition activities, including application of ASC 606
- Contribute to month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis across multiple entities
- Drive process improvement and light automation within accounting workflows
- Partner with cross‑functional teams on integrations and operational enhancements
What You’ll Bring
- 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience (financial services experience a plus)
- Strong Excel skills; ERP exposure required; SQL familiarity nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA not required)
- Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with leadership potential
