Job Title: Remote Sr. Recruiting Specialist (High volume scheduling)
Duration: Temporary up to 6 months with possible extension.

Overview
This is a high‑visibility role working closely with a lead Legal Recruiter on the coordination of complex, high‑volume interview schedules involving senior‑level stakeholders across the firm. Expectations are high, and the pace is fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the lead Legal Recruiter by managing and scheduling a high volume of complex interviews for lateral partners and senior counsel
- Coordinate interview logistics across practice group leaders, office managing partners, candidates, and external recruiters, often spanning multiple time zones
- Ensure a smooth, accurate, and highly responsive lateral recruiting process firmwide
- Collaborate closely with Legal Secretaries and Executive Assistants to confirm partner availability and logistics
- Act as a professional and calm point of contact in a high‑pressure, high‑visibility environment
- Maintain exceptional accuracy, follow‑through, and responsiveness across all scheduling activities
Required Qualifications / Hiring Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, and administrative support
- Exceptionally detail‑oriented, diligent, proactive, and known for impeccable follow‑through
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
- Thick‑skinned, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, demanding environment

Compensation Details
