We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale projects from concept through installation. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, owning schedules, budgets, teams, and quality—while delivering exceptional results for discerning clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Projects – Drive multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross‑functional teams from kickoff to closeout.
• Client & Team Liaison – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, update cost‑to‑complete (CTC) forecasts, and handle contracts and change orders.
• Quality & Compliance – Ensure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, codes, and documentation standards.
• Mentorship & Growth – Lead post‑project reviews, coach team members, and raise project delivery standards across departments.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10 years of experience in woodworking, millwork, or construction project management
• 2–4 year technical degree or equivalent hands‑on industry experience
• Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proven leader with strong project delivery and team management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling/manufacturing software, and project documentation tools
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
• AWS, QCP, FSC, or LEED experience is a plus
