Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee high-rise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-rise residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to overcome potential challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in high-rise residential construction.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction software and project management tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
