We are seeking a Superintendent to lead a major federal aviation facility project. This includes a large multi-bay hangar entering its exterior construction phase. The project has a fully staffed team in place, including multiple quality personnel, safety support, engineering support onsite, and project management resources. Our highest priority is securing a Superintendent who can confidently direct all field operations and maintain momentum in a highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities on site
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate records of site activities
• Train and mentor construction staff and laborers
• Facilitate communication between the construction team and stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Familiarity with Army Corps of Engineers standards and procedures
• Experience with USACE projects $70M
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
