Sr. Financial Analyst – Business Planning & Analysis

About the Role
We're seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to join our Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) team. This role supports Commercial Finance functions (Sales, Marketing & Innovation) and plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. You'll work closely with leadership to deliver actionable insights that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare monthly variance reports for Sales, Trade Spend, and Gross Margin.
- Analyze performance drivers and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage Net Sales planning and forecasting models for annual and ongoing cycles.
- Oversee Marketing Budget tracking and ROI analysis.
- Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements.
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects for Commercial Finance leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in financial or business analysis (CPG experience preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
