LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Senior Accountant to support accounting operations and financial reporting, assist with consolidations, manage month-end closings and ensure compliance. This is a hybrid direct hire opportunity in Tulsa, OK. The anticipated salary is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting processes and internal controls to ensure compliance across the organization
- Ensure accurate monthly and annual accounting across subsidiaries and acquisitions
- Manage month-end closing
- Lead year-end audits and tax preparation
- Assist with the consolidation process, including preparing journal entries
- Provide technical expertise through guidance and training finance teams
- Contribute to weekly cash forecasting and budgeting efforts
- Support mergers/acquisitions
- Some overtime required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Production/job shop environment or similar experience required
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
