What You'll Do
- Develop and execute pricing strategies designed to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Analyze large datasets to identify pricing opportunities, market trends, and customer behaviors.
- Partner with sales, finance, marketing, and operations leaders to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Present pricing recommendations and market insights to stakeholders responsible for business unit performance.
- Lead pricing and analytics projects from initial concept through implementation and measurement.
- Build financial and analytical models to support pricing actions and forecasting.
- Monitor pricing performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Leverage data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Support the adoption and optimization of pricing technology and analytical tools.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of strong analytical experience in pricing, FP&A, revenue management, business analytics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to independently own projects and deliver solutions from start to finish.
- Strong business acumen with the confidence to present recommendations to senior leaders and answer challenging questions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Experience translating complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong quantitative analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pricing strategy, revenue management, or profitability analysis.
- Exposure to SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
- Experience working with pricing optimization platforms.
- Background supporting sales organizations or presenting directly to P&L leaders.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
