We are partnering with a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed manufacturing company seeking a Senior Accountant.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering across multiple business units, and contributing to the integration of newly acquired companies.
What You'll Do
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules
- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations across multiple entities
- Assist with fixed asset, lease accounting, and treasury-related activities
- Support external audits and compliance requirements
- Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and accounting automation initiatives
- Partner with leadership on integration activities and operational accounting projects
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal control procedures
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 4 years of accounting experience
- CPA or CPA eligible with intent to obtain is Preferred
- Manufacturing experience REQUIRED
- Public accounting and/or public company experience strongly preferred
- Strong foundation in US GAAP
- Experience with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and multi-entity environments
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
