LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Clackamas, OR. We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and transactional support to a busy sales organization, helping manage quotes, orders, and customer communications in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Location: 100% onsite in Clackamas, OR
Duration: Direct Hire
Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $21.65 to $31.25 per hour ($45,032 – $65,000 annually) , with some flexibility for highly qualified candidates
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-volume email support to sales representatives and customers
- Enter and update opportunities and account information in CRM systems
- Create quotes and process customer orders
- Track order status and respond to customer inquiries
- Manage shared inboxes and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure accuracy of customer and sales data
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, or coordination
- Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Corporate office experience preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $45,032 - $65,000
