Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Support Specialist based in Portland, OR. The role includes supporting sales operations by assisting potential and current customers, managing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with the sales team to streamline processes and scheduling appointments. You will be handling day-to-day communications, maintaining records, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery to meet company standards.
