Payroll & Benefits Specialist | Detroit, MI (Hybrid)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting our client located in Detroit in their search for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist.
This role will own biweekly multi-state payroll, 401(k) administration, and payroll/benefits reconciliations while partnering closely with HR and Finance. A strong finance background is highly preferred, particularly with experience handling detailed reconciliations and payroll-related analysis.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of payroll experience (multi-state preferred)
- Strong reconciliation experience and financial acumen
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP a plus)
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
