Overview
The Associate of Customer Experience (Help Desk Agent – Level 1) provides professional, courteous, and timely support to marketers and dealers. This role supports network connectivity and credit card acceptance, fuel allocation supply management, and extranet systems. The position requires 24/7 availability and the ability to deliver accurate technical and customer support across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat/IM, online portals, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve credit card processing issues
- Support Point‑of‑Sale (POS) hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Facilitate fuel supply requests in alignment with Customer Supply Management (CSM) guidelines
- Assist with retrieval requests, chargebacks, batch totals, and reconciliation activities
- Support extranet systems and maintain required documentation, performance metrics, and technical proficiency
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED and legal authorization to work in the country of employment
- Willingness and ability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights
- 1 year of Help Desk or technical support experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with POS/EPOS systems, credit card processing, or related technologies
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and troubleshooting of hardware/network issues
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills
