Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Warren, NJ
Type of Employment: Temporary, 2 months
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 3 days a week in office
Hourly: $50/hr - $55/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is working with a pharmaceutical company to hire a contract Recruiter on a temporary basis for about 2 months. The qualified candidate must have experience working in a pharmaceutical company and a minimum of five years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with managers in order to get a full understanding of the scope of the job
- Post the role on job boards
- Screen qualified candidates
- Set up interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates in the interview process
- See the chosen candidate through the offer stages
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
- At least 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
- UKG HRIS is a plus, ATS experience required
- Knowledge of HR reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
