LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join a growing organization. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, and attracting top candidates to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Negotiate compensation packages and extend employment offers
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and market trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources experience
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for professional, manufacturing, engineering, or corporate roles
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Staffing agency or executive search experience

Location: Columbus, OH

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience
