A highly regarded international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its Dallas Real Estate Practice Group. This is a sophisticated transactional role supporting complex commercial real estate matters from diligence through closing and post‑closing.

What You’ll Do
- Draft first-pass loan documents, ancillary agreements, and closing deliverables for attorney review
- Review and analyze title commitments, exception documents, and surveys; prepare clear title and survey summaries
- Coordinate with title companies and surveyors to resolve title and survey issues
- Manage due diligence materials, including organizational documents, insurance certificates, UCC searches, and third‑party reports
- Prepare and maintain detailed closing checklists; track open items and deadlines
- Coordinate closings, including signatures, execution, and delivery of documents
- Oversee post‑closing matters such as recording documents, confirming title policy issuance, and organizing final closing binders
- Assist with research, redlines, document comparison, and general transactional support
- Maintain accurate, well‑organized electronic deal files throughout the transaction lifecycle
What They’re Looking For
- 5 years of real estate paralegal experience (law firm environment preferred)
- Strong experience reviewing titles, surveys, and closing documentation
- Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously
- Willingness to work in‑office at least four days per week, with flexibility for overtime as needed
