Junior Project Manager | Energy & Utilities Program
We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to support a leading energy and utilities program focused on large-scale events and community outreach initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career PM professionals to gain hands-on exposure in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and event-driven program delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure timely execution
- Monitor project progress, track risks/issues, and escalate as needed
- Communicate updates with stakeholders, team members, and leadership
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Manage project records including schedules, budgets, and plans
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and documenting notes
- Support large-scale events (conferences, expos, community days, etc.)
- Coordinate community outreach programs (schools, non-profits, local organisations, etc.)
- Assist in vendor coordination and maintaining external partnerships
What You Bring:
- Experience supporting project coordination or project management activities
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation practices
- Attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- PMP certification (required for Project Management roles)

💵 Pay: $56 – $60/hour
