A leading professional services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Claims Analyst to support a high-volume claims review and processing team. Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and customer service representatives are encouraged to apply!
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite with hybrid flexibility after training)
Pay: $35-$40/hour
Duration: July 2026-March 2027
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate submitted claims and supporting documentation
- Verify information for accuracy and identify inconsistencies
- Process and update records within internal systems
- Respond to inquiries and provide professional customer support via phone and email
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet established deadlines
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support ongoing projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
