I am currently working with the Seattle office of a prestigious national law firm widely recognized for its exceptional pro bono commitment and social responsibility. The firm’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a junior associate to work on sophisticated, high‑value transactions in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. You will work both independently and as part of a team on matters such as mortgage and mezzanine financings (lender or borrower side), acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing transactions, and joint venture deals.

- Base Salary: $235,000 – $310,000, commensurate with experience
- Bonus Structure: Performance‑based bonus
- Hybrid Work Policy: Flexible in‑office/remote schedule
- Pro Bono Credit: Up to 200 pro bono hours may be applied toward billable requirement

Qualifications
- Active Washington Bar license or eligibility to become licensed
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and manage multiple deal components
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references
