Quality Systems Coordinator – Concord, CA
LHH is teaming up with a biotechnology organization in Concord, CA in search of a Quality Systems Coordinator to support quality compliance and documentation processes.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining ISO13485 standards and ensuring quality documentation is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in quality systems within a regulated industry. Strong knowledge of ISO13485 and hands-on experience with document control processes are essential. You should be comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update quality documentation in compliance with ISO13485 standards.
- Oversee document control processes, including creation, revision, and archival.
- Support internal audits and assist with corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with quality and operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- ISO13485 experience required.
- Background in quality systems and document control within a regulated industry required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with quality management systems and related tools.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fully on-site in Concord, CA
Hours: Standard business hours
Pay Rate: $28-$30/hour, depending on experience
