LHH is partnering with our client to identify a Property Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations within a busy property management environment. This is a contract to hire opportunity offering consistent hours and the potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Answer incoming calls and respond to tenant and vendor inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with lease administration, including preparing documents and maintaining tenant files
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic accounts payable tasks
- Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
- Support scheduling, reporting, and general office operations
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within property management, real estate, or a related field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with property management software is a plus
