Direct hire (Permanent) opening for a Project Accountant! In this role, you’ll manage construction project budgets, owner contracts, and billing strategies while supporting project managers and collaborating across teams. In this role, you will work onsite in Stillwater, OK.
What You’ll Do:
- Process material and subcontractor invoices
- Prepare and reconcile owner billings and handle job costing
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and change management
- Ensure compliance with lien releases, insurance, and payroll requirements
- Support project setup and close-out processes
- Reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accounting experience
- 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and client service skills
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
