Program Manager Non Tech
We’re looking for a Hybrid - Program Manager Non Tech our client. If you have experience in Utility Project Management, Schedule & Cost Control, Stakeholder Coordination, Engineering Drawing Interpretation then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with a company known for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the single point of contact for all utility-related project activities, including transmission, distribution, and substation workstreams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, energy teams, and authorities) to ensure seamless project execution
- Lead weekly design and progress meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Manage and monitor project scope, ensuring all work is clearly defined, approved, and documented before execution
- Oversee budget and cost control, including tracking purchase orders, managing change requests, and maintaining cost estimates
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, identifying critical path activities and mitigating delays
- Track project progress, prepare weekly reports, and provide updates including risks, delays, and recovery plans
- Review and coordinate design documentation using tools like AutoCAD and BIM360, ensuring timely approvals and sign-offs
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards through inspections, documentation, and issue resolution
- Promote and enforce safety practices, including preparing energization safety plans and coordinating pre-energization activities
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including agreements, permits, and stakeholder approvals
What You Bring
Must-have:
- Experience in utilities (power systems, substations, transmission lines)
- Project Management experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints
Preferred:
- Electrical engineering background
- Experience with:
- Construction coordination
- Data center projects

💵 Pay: $100 - $101/hr
