Program Manager | Leading Infrastructure & Engineering Projects
We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to support large-scale engineering, construction, and infrastructure initiatives for a global technology-focused organization. If you have a strong background leading complex programs, managing cross-functional teams, and driving projects from planning through execution, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on high-visibility projects.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and coordinate multiple programs and projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, milestones, and status updates
- Partner closely with engineering, construction, operations, vendors, and leadership teams
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead project meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive-level reporting
- Track project budgets, resource allocation, and cost estimates to ensure financial alignment
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Support vendor management, contract administration, and change management processes
- Drive process improvements and establish best practices for project execution and governance
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 10 years of Program or Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale engineering, infrastructure, construction, or operational projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI or PMP Certification
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control methodologies
- Experience with strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational excellence initiatives

💵 Pay: $90 – $95/hour.
