LHH is seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to support our clients Employment Law and Personal Injury Defense practice groups in Tampa.
Responsibilities
- Provide litigation support to attorneys within Employment Law and Personal Injury Defense practices
- Manage calendars, deadlines, scheduling, and case coordination
- Prepare, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with state and federal court filings
- Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Support attorneys with administrative and case management tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or civil litigation
- Knowledge of Florida state and federal court rules strongly preferred
