LHH is recruiting for a full-time, Product Manager for one of our B2B clients. This role drives the development, launch, and growth of residential products. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional who can manage multiple initiatives, champion customer value, and incorporate feedback to enhance product performance.
Location: Onsite with flexibility in Mount Prospect, IL
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000
Key Responsibilities
- Support product strategy, planning, and execution from concept through launch. Define requirements, collaborate with engineering on design and quality, and monitor performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches across teams, ensuring timely delivery of materials. Partner with marketing to update websites, collateral, and documentation while maintaining consistent messaging and branding.
- Create training materials; support demos and presentations; gather feedback to improve usability.
- Oversee multiple initiatives, track milestones, and maintain accurate documentation. Support cross-functional teams in resolving product issues and keep projects on schedule.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and technology advancements.
- Provide analysis to guide business decisions and act as a liaison between customers and engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3–7 years in product management or similar role in manufacturing/B2B.
- Experience with electromechanical products preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/PLM familiarity is a bonus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Technical aptitude and attention to detail.
