LHH is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for a fantastic manufacturing company in Alpharetta, GA. This client is undergoing a major procurement system transformation and is expanding their team to support a large‑scale implementation. This is an entry‑level procurement opportunity with clear career progression and strong long‑term growth potential. This role will play a key part in master data management, supporting the transition of approximately 2,000 suppliers into a new procurement platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration of supplier master data into a new procurement system
- Assist with cleansing, validating, and maintaining supplier records
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Support purchasing and procurement operations during the system transition
- Learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, implementation‑driven environment
- Provide ongoing administrative and process support to the procurement team
Required Qualifications
- Candidates with 0–2 years of purchasing or procurement experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
- Quick learner who can excel without a formal training program
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to procurement or ERP systems such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, GEP, or Cognizant
- Experience in purchasing, procurement operations, or supply chain support
