Role Overview
We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role is responsible for driving measurable growth through data-led strategy, creative testing, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across:
- Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Align paid media strategy with business goals (leads, sales, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
- Build and manage full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
Optimization & Performance
- Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and keywords
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling costs and efficiency
Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI)
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years experience managing paid media campaigns
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward ROAS, CPA, or lead volume
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
