Operational Finance Manager | Kansas City Metro
I'm partnering with a growing, privately held organization that is looking to add an Operational Finance Manager to its team.
This is a highly visible role that combines finance, accounting, operations, and strategic business partnering. The individual selected will work closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, support long-term planning initiatives, and influence key business decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
- Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Develop financial models and provide decision support for strategic initiatives
- Facilitate monthly financial reviews and KPI discussions
- Support capital planning, investment analysis, and special projects
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-10 years of strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering experience
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or related credentials are a plus
