📍 Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

💵 Pay Rate: $27–$33/hour

🕒 Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online Sales Specialist to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This hybrid role requires strong experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central and offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders using internal systems and Amazon platforms
• Manage order flow from entry to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and shipping issues
• Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory in Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
• Generate reports and track KPIs related to order processing and fulfillment
• Support invoicing and documentation for order transactions
• Assist with onboarding new products and vendors as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in order entry, e-commerce operations, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central is a must
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order management systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Wayne, PA three days per week
