What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oil & Gas Litigation Paralegal position at LHH?
This is a trial-focused, high-visibility role supporting partners on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and oil & gas cases. The firm values stability, tenure, and independent judgment.
Responsibilities, including but not :
- Support litigation attorneys from discovery through trial
- Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
- Organize case materials, manage Relativity/eDiscovery platforms
- Handle trial prep and logistics (in office and on-site as needed)
- Maintain docket calendars, time entries, and case files
- Assist at trial and post trial
Requirements:
- 3–4 years at a mid-to-large law firm
- Strong background in complex commercial litigation
- Proven trial prep experience
- Extensive experience with Relativity
- Oil & gas experience required
