Office Coordinator
LHH is partnering with an established organization in the Baltimore area seeking a skilled Office Coordinator for a long-term temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting office operations, document preparation, and contract-related administrative duties.
Location: Baltimore City & Baltimore County
Employment Type: Long-term Contract (1 year)
Pay Rate: $19–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, prepare, and organize documents, including internal inquiries and sourced materials.
- Interpret, write, and review documents as needed to support office operations.
- Communicate effectively in person and by phone with vendors, associates, and internal teams.
- Perform general administrative duties including:
- Creating and maintaining file folders
- Managing Word and Excel documents
- Sourcing documents for office teams, vendors, and associates
- Receive requests, update records, and initiate the necessary paperwork.
- Follow up on requests for approval of work—both referenced and not previously covered by contract.
- Monitor compliance with contract requirements, ensuring all conditions are satisfied before approving final invoices, task orders, and Canva reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- GED or High School Diploma required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes accurately.
