NYC Finance Associate Role – Cravath Scale + Signing Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an AmLaw 50 firm based in New York City that is seeking to add an associate to its finance practice. A generous signing bonus is available. Details below:

· Ideal candidates have experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting CLO and related structured credit deals.

· You’ll work on cross-border transactions and liaise with colleagues in London and other offices. The firm’s integrated international platform and an acclaimed European structured finance practice ensure you’re part of a truly global team, advising clients across jurisdictions.

· You can expect strong mentorship, direct client contact, leanly staffed matters, and autonomy working closely with one of the industry’s leading practitioners.

· Well-being is a priority, and the group’s leader supports and encourages time outside the office and with family.

· Elevation to partnership typically occurs at year 7.

· Cravath scale in a hybrid arrangement.
