Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

  • Manage, coordinate, and oversee all purchasing activities for materials, supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Determine purchasing requirements and facilitate the generation of purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
  • Serve as a procurement subject‑matter expert to leadership and staff, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and delivery.



Vendor & Contract Management

  • :Develop, maintain, and evaluate vendor relationships to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability of supply
  • .Oversee vendor evaluation programs; monitor and report on performance metrics including quality, on time delivery, and responsiveness
  • .Collaborate with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) to maximize pricing advantages and contract utilization

Cost Analysis & Financial Oversigh

  • t:Lead cost‑reduction and value‑optimization projects, including contract negotiations and supplier consolidation strategie
  • s.Conduct cost/benefit analysis, financial evaluations, and forecasting to support purchasing decision
  • s.Develop and manage the department budget; ensure expenses remain within approved limit

Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
