Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
- Manage, coordinate, and oversee all purchasing activities for materials, supplies, equipment, and services.
- Determine purchasing requirements and facilitate the generation of purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
- Serve as a procurement subject‑matter expert to leadership and staff, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and delivery.
Vendor & Contract Management
- :Develop, maintain, and evaluate vendor relationships to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability of supply
- .Oversee vendor evaluation programs; monitor and report on performance metrics including quality, on time delivery, and responsiveness
- .Collaborate with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) to maximize pricing advantages and contract utilization
