Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Manager on behalf of one of our clients to lead data-driven strategies that optimize marketing performance across paid social, paid search, and digital channels. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness across paid social and paid search platforms.
- Oversee data integration and reporting using tools such as Datorama and Google Campaign Manager.
- Implement and maintain tracking solutions through Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate data collection and attribution.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads (AdWords) and paid social campaigns via Facebook Business Manager.
- Create advanced dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making to ensure high-quality insights and performance optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 years of combined experience in marketing analytics, paid social, and paid search.
- Proven expertise in: Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Datorama, Facebook Business Manager
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
