Marketing Account Executive

We’re looking for a highly organized, agency-savvy Marketing Account Executive / Project Manager

The Marketing Account Executive / Project Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy. This role blends client communication, project management, and strategic thinking to keep campaigns moving smoothly and clients confident in our work.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
• Lead client meetings, status calls, and presentations
• Gather client requirements, clarify objectives, and translate them into clear internal briefs
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value or expand client engagements

Project Management

• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously across channels (digital, creative, traditional media, web, etc.)
• Develop project timelines, scopes, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, media, development, vendors)
• Track deliverables, milestones, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met
• Identify risks and proactively solve issues before they impact delivery

Strategy & Execution

• Ensure all work aligns with client goals, brand standards, and agency strategy
• Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment before client delivery
• Support campaign planning, launches, and post-campaign reporting
• Monitor performance metrics and assist with insights and recommendations

Administrative & Financial Oversight

• Track hours, budgets, and project profitability
• Assist with estimates, SOWs, change orders, and invoicing

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in an agency environment (account management, project management, or similar)
• Strong understanding of marketing channels (digital, social, paid media, email, content, web)
