🔍 About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys handling Defense Base Act (DBA) cases. From organizing case files to drafting legal documents and coordinating with experts, your contributions will directly impact case outcomes.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Download and organize client files
- Draft litigation plans and IME notices
- Prepare standard discovery requests
- Manage case files using iManage or similar software
- Calendar deadlines, hearings, motions, and expert schedules
- Communicate with clients and notify experts of trial updates
- Collaborate on trial prep and strategy
- Stay current on relevant legal regulations
✅ Qualifications
- Prior experience in a law firm preferred
- Familiarity with litigation and DBA cases is a plus
