What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Controller position at LHH?
Currently recruiting for a Controller for a manufacturing company in the Tulsa area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting activities including general ledger, costing, payroll, accounts payable, account receivable, and credit.
- Leads, supports and provides day to day guidance of accounting staff members.
- Daily cash monitoring and analysis to ensure proper handling of cash flow.
- Responsible for creating & posting all journal entries and related schedules for month end close.
- Prepare monthly fixed asset depreciation along with additions, disposals and transfers.
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements.
- Complete related management reporting.
- Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Interact with the banks regarding credit agreements and lines of credit.
- Problem solve any issues that may arise within accounting systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5 years of supervisory experience within a service or manufacturing company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with respectful demeanor
- Good overall business acumen
- Strong computer skills, specifically Excel
- Proficiency with ERP systems
Compensation:
- Full Benefits Package
- Salary 125-150K
- Bonus potential
