Position: Controller
Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Step into a pivotal management role where you'll lead the Accounting Department of a thriving organization. This opportunity offers the chance to shape financial policies, drive strategic initiatives, and make a significant impact. The company is seeking a leader with manufacturing industry exposure to elevate their financial operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Direct all functions of the Accounting Department
- Administer financial policies and programs
- Prepare and file annual tax returns
- Supervise financial reporting and accounting staff
- Develop internal control policies and procedures
- Advise management on financial objectives
- Coordinate financial planning and budgeting
- Analyze financial details for development opportunities
- Lead staff training in budgeting and financial management
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Three to seven years of related experience
- Advanced computer knowledge required
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Proven analytical skills and critical thinking
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience in tax planning work
- Familiarity with depreciation rates and capitalized items
