Position: Quality Engineer III
Compensation: $60 - $71 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain test suites across application platforms
- Drive processes for triaging reported defects
- Collaborate with product team for solution opportunities
- Validate completion of quality documentation
- Implement systems for quality problem-solving
- Contribute to automated test suite
- Support risk management practices
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7-9 years of Quality Engineering/Assurance experience
- Service Cloud and Omni Channel
- Salesforce leads and referrals
- Experience with JIRA and Zephy
- Understanding of data structures and design experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- ISTQB certification
- Preferred API testing experience with Axios
- Preferred Web Automation experience with Playwright
- Preferred Mobile testing experience with Appium
- Experience with nCino application
- Experience working with GitLab
