Position: Business Analyst / Workflow & Process Improvement

Compensation: $ 75,000 - 85,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst / Workflow & Process Improvement to join their team!

As a Business Analyst, you will drive process improvement and automation across the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to identify and enhance current workflows, design innovative solutions, and implement them using cutting-edge automation tools. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze and document end-to-end business processes
• Collaborate with teams to design improved workflow solutions
• Implement automation tools like Decisions® and RPA
• Support user acceptance testing and training
• Manage multiple projects and balance priorities
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years in business process design/improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL and process mapping tools
• Basic understanding of software development concepts

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to workflow or automation tools
• Familiarity with Jira, Figma, or similar
• Experience supporting testing/UAT
