What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with well regarded law firm in search of a litigation focused paralegal. This firm offers work life balance with a hybrid schedule and a competitive compensation package. They will also provide training!
Responsibilities:
- Manage files of active cases and monitor deadlines
- Assist with trial prep including preparing exhibits and binders
- Legal research and analyze documents
- Summarize depositions as well as prepare and draft motions, pleadings, etc.
- Prepare discovery and respond to discovery requests
- Log and track billable hours
Qualifications:
- 1 of litigation experience is preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm setting is required
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Trustworthy and ethical
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM
