Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case files.
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings with clients and court personnel.
- File documents with state and federal courts (electronic and physical).
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation support.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Associate degree or paralegal certification preferred.

Additional Information:
Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
