Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to litigation attorneys in fast-paced practice
- Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Manage calendaring, including court deadlines and scheduling
- E-file in state and federal courts
- Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and physical
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and binders
Qualifications
- 5 years of litigation legal assistant experience at law firm
- Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court procedures and e-filing
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism
