LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team.


This position is fully onsite.


Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintaining files
  • Electronically filing documents with State and Federal courts including NJ, NY, and CT
  • Managing calendars
  • Scheduling meetings and depositions
  • Preparing trial documents
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Providing general administrative support


Requirements:

  • 4 years of recent litigation assistant experience
  • Experience with probate litigation preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • E-filing experience in NJ required; NY and CT is a plus
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
