Charlotte, NC | Mid-Level Litigation Associate
A top-ranked law firm in Charlotte is looking to add a mid-level litigation associate to its growing team. You’ll step into an active practice handling a mix of complex commercial disputes, with the opportunity to take on real responsibility early—drafting key motions, managing discovery, and working closely with clients and partners on case strategy.
Day to Day:
- Handling day-to-day case management across multiple matters
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Managing written discovery and taking/defending depositions
- Supporting trial preparation and strategy
Experience:
- 3–6 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience with commercial litigation (construction, business disputes, or similar a plus)
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
