What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensing Coordinator position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment in partnership with a prominent company is seeking a Licensing Coordinator. It is a full time, permanent opportunity and it is hybrid with two days onsite in Hanover, Maryland.
Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining the companies' licenses, registrations and regulatory filings
Volume of 30 renewals/filings per month
Assisting with State, county and city filings
Assist with coordinating applications, preparing, submitting and monitoring those applications
Liason with regulatory agencies
Any other duties required of the role
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in legal, compliance, or administrative roles)
1 years of experience with licensing, corporate compliance, or regulatory filings preferred
Strong organizational skills
Keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
