LHH is currently partnering with a well-known law firm in the Reston, VA area to hire a Temporary Office Assistant to support their growing team. This full-time, onsite role is expected to last around two months and is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented looking to gain experience in a professional legal setting.
Location: Reston, VA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Duration: Approximately 2 months
Hourly Pay: $21–$23/hour, based on experience

Requirements
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately organize, scan, and file documents
- Assist with mail distribution and general clerical tasks
- Perform light legal administrative duties (training will be provided)
- Handle typing, formatting, and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and other staff as needed
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in typing and general computer use
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle sensitive information
- Professional demeanor and clear communication skills
- Prior administrative experience or relevant internship strongly preferred
